Chef Jens Rittmeyer cooks and dishes up his excellent gourmet stuff for food enthusiasts – directly in the middle of a field where all of the ingredients were taken from. An event that is offered every year in summer. This Clip was recorded during three quite hot days in the “Alte Land” (Old Land) a landscape near to Hamburg. And by the way the location – Biohof Otilie – is really worth a visit.
